Return and Refund Policy – Amweara

At Amweara, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy complies with Indonesian consumer protection regulations and meets Google Merchant Center (GMC) standards.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags and packaging attached

  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Returned in the same condition as received

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, socks, and masks are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (including wrong size or wrong product), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to reply@amweara.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our return approval and instructions (we will provide a return address if needed).

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in our email.

  4. Keep the shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Important: Do not return items without receiving an approval email from us. All return requests must be submitted via reply@amweara.com.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email (reply@amweara.com) of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
