Thank you for shopping at Amweara. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for all purchases made on our website. We are committed to delivering your men's Outfit Sets, Suits, Hoodies, and T-shirts as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Processing Time

Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing starts once your payment is confirmed and the order is received in our system.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Hari Raya, Black Friday), processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. We will notify you via email at reply@amweara.com if delays occur.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all provinces within Indonesia, including:

We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We work with trusted Indonesian couriers to deliver your orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from reply@amweara.com containing:

You can also track your order by logging into your Amweara account and viewing your order history.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at reply@amweara.com.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts

Customer refusal to accept delivery
We will contact you via email at reply@amweara.com to arrange for re-shipment. Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If you do not respond to our email within 7 days, the order will be canceled and refunded (minus shipping costs).
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the damaged package and the product inside.

Send the photos along with your order number to reply@amweara.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the damage assessment.
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it:

Check with your local courier office or neighbors first.

If still missing, contact us at reply@amweara.com within 7 days of the "delivered" status.

We will file a claim with the courier and either reship the item or issue a refund.
Important: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
8. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at reply@amweara.com.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address.

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees or return shipping costs.
9. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During public holidays (e.g., Lebaran, Christmas, New Year) or peak shopping seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays via email at reply@amweara.com.
